Bcn Advisors has sold the most expensive flat so far this year 2022 in Barcelona’s Sant Gervasi district for close to 4 million euros in record time.

Bcn Advisors, a real estate agency specialising in the luxury sector in Barcelona, has closed in April 2022 the sale of the most expensive apartment in the Sant Gervasi district of Barcelona, for a figure close to 4 million euros, which is over 8,500 euros per square metre. According to the most up-to-date data available in the Register, only 2 properties surpassed that price in the aforementioned district of Barcelona during the whole year 2021.

Transaction closed in record time

Furthermore, the sale and purchase was completed in record time. There was a firm offer only a week after the property was launched on the market and the earnest money was signed only a month later. “This is one of the most exclusive and unique properties in Barcelona due to its features and a luxury refurbishment of the highest level,” says Francisco Nathurmal, founding partner of Bcn Advisors.
